CANCELLATION AND COMPENSATION PROCESS
When there is a need to cancel the service, the buyer can immediately contact Logicalmoves.net via email to confirm the service cancellation. Cancellation 07 days will be refunded 50% of the contract value according to the quotation.

COMPENSATION POLICY
During the acceptance process, if there is a break or damage caused by the employee’s fault during the house cleaning process, the Company will assist in repairing it. If there is a loss The team will send a team of staff to assist with the examination, search and investigation.
In case a customer buys Insurance, the company will assist in the connection and documentation for the Insurer and help the customer to make a list.
